Jason’s Still Not On ANO, So I Added Him To My Feed Reader…

and this is the shit he spews my way. It’s like there’s this sink faucet, and every day I go and brush my teeth using the water that comes from it. That’s what my RSS experience is usually like. Monotonous, maybe, but important and regular and harmless. And things are going fine until I hook Jason into my feed reader—it’s a fucking sewage pipeline, and it’s not supposed to connect to a sink faucet, and my mouth will never be clean again.

How can anyone read this guy? His postings are rife with grammatical errors in every other sentence, an obnoxiously obstinate insistence on misspelling transliterated Japanese words instead of correctly spelling those same words translated into English, unimaginative alliteration, the repeated mistake of referring to perfectly sane characters in anime as some variation on insane (we had “killer lolis” with Higurashi, and now we have “crazy chix0rz” with ChäoS;HEAd? Come on, big boy, you can do this! Comprehend that the lens we’re seeing them through is what’s insane!), tired forced memes (“oh geass no?” He doesn’t even put emphasis into these things anymore), acronyms without the <acronym> tag, abbreviations without the <abbr> tag, initialisms without the <abbr> tag, text-transform:uppercase lulz, lyrics from some dancing animu, the list goes on…

In one post alone he has managed to touch bases with all ten of his bad habits, several of them upwards of three times. This guy is a genius like Rock Lee—a genius of failure.

Couple thoughts… one, I’m sure that the fansubbers know what "hooking up" means… and it’s perfect is Tomoya was serious about him and Mei-chan being alone without any regard for their future. Though I just can’t picture that from Tomoya who passed up a Kyou buffet and can barely hold Nagisa’s hand. We’re to expect that he’s, uh, more of man with Mei?

Totally incomprehensible.

And to make things worse? This guy is watching Clannad. Now that I really didn’t need—or want—to know.

I apologize for this post, and so should Jason. It wasn’t what I wanted to spend the first thirty minutes of my Tuesday doing. It wasn’t on any to-do lists, and it didn’t advance any of my agendas. It was a very spur-of-the-moment, Zaitcev-level reactionary type thing, and it just had to happen; moreover, the toilet seat cover.

it is moist & delicious meta

and it's not even a lie!

  1. TROLLOLOLOLOLOLOLO.

  2. The sad part is that actually, most of my criticism here is well-founded.

  3. You lie! You totally had been planning this. And if it doesn’t advance your agenda, then why the hell is this blog called “Miao on My Mind”?

  4. I-I-I WAS POSSESSED BY A TOORI-MONO

  5. Having read a couple entries by him, I must agree.

  6. Yeah, it’s funny but everyone I’ve talked to who’s actually read Jason’s posts seems to agree with me. Omisyth must think I’m a troll because Omisyth doesn’t read DbD.

  7. On the contrary, he’s at the top of my RSS. I have no idea why, but he’s there.
I love Clannad btw, but mostly because Sunohara’s such a loser. He’s someone I can identify with.

  8. I like Clannad, too. There’re some jokes in this post, though the overall message is serious.

Anyway, I know why he’s in your RSS.

I have it from a friend that if you’re subscribed to this site, Google Reader recommends DbD.
