C2 could have cried because she knew that Lelouche was taking on the same curse as her. OR she may have been depressed that her long awaited chance to finally die passed her by. 3. no it is not likely that lelouche passed on the code to suzaku, charles touched the bare skin of lelouche's neck. there was no uncovered part on suzaku. 4. or he could play dead, simple as that. plus they were probably doing something along the lines of dragging him through the streets rather than checking for life signs (condering the sword through the chest) additionally: upon activation of lelouche's code Nunnally reacts and finds out that lelouche was really intending for himself to die. In a nutshell, these conspiracy theories are, in the end, mere speculation which can neither be proved nor disproved,so I'd like to think of Lelouch as dead for the dramatic effect (Christ figure anyone?), and alive for the sense of closure-he has got the ending he richly deserves. It's just a show, so the most important thing is for each viewer to get the most entertaining value out of it. Ppl can stop arguing already, everything is fabulous.
