I’m laughing my ass off at Mike right now because he was so pleased by my becoming a “serious anime blogger.” I don’t know what he’s smoking but I’m still the attention whore troll I’ve always been. Yes, the post was serious; I made it because I felt like writing about my experience with gl anime and Aria. However! A serious post does not a serious blog make.

Dell has some good linux notebooks for under 800. I just bought a vaio, which I’ve got dual booting Vista or Ubuntu…it’s spiffy.

@j.valdez: your hatred for fanboys blinds you to my sarcastic tone. Excellent! Strong hatred is great. No, I’m not an Apple fanboy. I detest Apple for a number of reasons. I happen to love Mac OS X, and am more efficient working within it than I am on any other system I’ve used. This includes a number of Windows iterations and some Linux. I’ll be getting a subnotebook around January just in time for the beginning of spring semester at UC Berkeley; that’ll be enough Linux for me :)
@blissmo: I can’t really stay on XP since I don’t have XP right now (protip: lolikitsune is deathly inactive because he doesn’t have a computer). I didn’t have XP before I stopped having a computer, either, though. I understand that it’s the most solid Windows system but it’s still just not my cup of tea.
