Me as an Anime Blog reader

Of course this post has NOTHING to do with either this post of Jason’s or this post of Drm’s. This post I’m about to write is based on my personal experiences as a reader of anime blogs. Not as a writer, not as a watcher, not as an SEO whore, but as a reader. Let’s examine:

I love the English-speaking anime blogging community. Hung-taichou, comrade DRM, countless others… you guys are some of the most intelligent, interesting people I’ve ever encountered online. And I’ve encountered a lot of people online. Like those funny people over at AnimeOST.net. Oh man. Oh man.

@Fubared: most blogs irritate me to some degree or other, and Jason certainly has his dose of humor (often derived from misinterpretation of anime, unfortunately) that makes reading his blog amusing at times. His posts are like lightweight old lovelykitsune. Though, even if I got nothing out of his blog, I’d most likely still read it. Waste of time? Have you noticed the amount of crappy anime I watch?
